Without a doubt, the most important part of any gym-based training programme is to know exactly where you are right now. Then you can move in the right direction with confidence in your decisions.
Every Speed Academy athlete goes through this movement profile so we can tailor our strength and conditioning programmes.
Find out:
- What exercises you can safely load up and work hard.
- Which exercises will cause you pain down the road if loaded too early.
- What corrective exercises will put your body back in balance.
- The best way to prime YOUR body in warm up to maximise your workouts and minimise discomfort
You will receive all of this in your report including full detail of your corrective and alternative exercise recommendations.
You can then plug this directly into your own training programme to optimise it for YOU.
